Łódź Peace March – Together for a World Without Conflict

I was happy to take part in the Łódź Peace March organized by the Association of UN Peacekeeping Veterans in Łódź under the Honorary Patronage of President Hanna Zdanowska. I proudly read fragments of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the UN General Assembly in Paris in 1948. The main goal of the march was to draw the attention of our Łódź community and beyond to the need to celebrate world peace and express opposition to ongoing armed conflicts. I’m glad that more and more young people are getting involved in such initiatives
